  6. Best foods to pack for a beach day

Best foods to pack for a beach day

Who doesn’t love a good beach day? Whether you are by yourself or with company... friends, family or even a date (we hope it goes well!), there are a few essential things you need to pack to make sure you have a successful and enjoyable day at the beach. This includes sunscreen, plenty of water, some sort of shade, something to keep you busy and, of course, a cooler full of goodies to snack on.

Choosing the right beach snacks will actually be important for the perfect beach day – you should go for snacks that will be able to handle the heat, so this means no chocolatey treats or ice cream, unfortunately (unless you have a cooler). Nobody wants a warm chocolate snack that’s half melted… Stir away from unsealed food which can be easily stolen by seagulls or sweet snacks that can attract bugs and insects.

We have divided our beach snacks into two cat

This means that at Tokyo 2020, athletes will only be allowed to eat in the village, unlike in other years, where they were allowed to visit restaurants and sample the local cuisine.
